Photography Portfolio

My first experience as a photographer was in fourth grade during Exploratory Week, shooting film with my dad’s DSLR. In college I worked with film again, but developed my own negatives and prints in the dark room.

There was something magical about the creation process, from having an idea in my mind to executing the concept, and then processing photo paper into a photograph. This was when I realized I had a passion for this medium. I went on to work for a wedding photography studio for four years while also photographing my own clients since 2010.

I really enjoy capturing people and the spirit of who they are. My approach to this is conversing and getting to know the person so they feel more at ease and comfortable in front of the camera.
